Description
Ready-to-use pourable mortar formulated with hydraulic binders and dolomitic aggregate with a continuous particle size distribution from 0 to 4 mm. MaltaRapid fluid is characterized by high mechanical strength, low shrinkage, and excellent performance in terms of adhesion and durability. Thanks to its very low permeability to aggressive agents and its compatibility with steel and composite materials, it is ideal for filling road excavations and trenches as well as for structural restoration of reinforced concrete elements. Resistant to freeze-thaw cycles and de-icing salts, it allows fluid application without vibration and ensures long-lasting durability. The product is supplied in 25 kg bags.

Filling of excavations and road trenches of various types in road pavements. The low elastic modulus allows safe placement without cracking even with high thicknesses.
Reinforced concrete structures
Localized reconstruction of surfaces damaged by corrosive phenomena with high durability.
Formwork applications
Fluid casting in molds or formworks without the need for vibration, also for vertical elements.
Industrial flooring
Restoration of damaged or missing portions and integration of castings in highly stressed environments.
