Production: bituminous, aggregated and recycled mixtures and emulsions

Beton Asfalti has its own manufacturing plant located in Cis (TN), located in Val di Non. Over the years, thanks to important technological and structural adjustments, it has been profoundly improved in terms of productivity and safety, in order to meet the evolving demands of its customers.

Installation team and equipment

In order to improve the quality of the installation, the fleet of machinery has been completely renovated, with the purchase of new Vögele road pavers, Bomag and Hamm rollers, Johnston sweepers and new double-cabin vans equipped with everything necessary for the installation teams.

This allows Beton Asfalti to supervise construction sites in the whole of Trentino Alto Adige and in the neighbouring provinces.

Quality controls

In addition to the routine quality controls required by ISO 9001 and EC (bituminous mixtures, aggregates, recycled products, emulsion), Beton Asfalti has implemented a system of additional procedures and controls to monitor in real time all stages of production and paving of conglomerates it produces daily.

Research and experimentation of new solutions and technologies

A constant attention to the market trend, to the needs of public administrations and private bodies (airport, motorway, municipal and business companies) are a constant drive for us to develop, test and validate new products and services for road maintenance.

This is also done with the help of certified external laboratories.
